best. infographics. ever.

seriously have such respect for nicholas felton and his magical ability to take all sorts of random data and make it visually stunning.  his series of personal annual reports are enough to short circuit my brain from all of the awesomeness…and really question my design ability.

fist bump, sir.

this is also one of the best use of social media for marketing that i have seen in a while! check out this flickr photo stream of photographs of visitors to the Nightmares Fear Factory Haunted House. seriously, these are hysterical! but addicting…you might end up in a time suck, like i did! no matter. it was worth it.

i love swear words.

love this post from stay-still:

seriously, it’s probably appropriate that billy and i have a business called son of a sailor, because i certainly swear like one… so imagine my sheer fucking delight when i found this site, via swiss miss! beautiful swear words. awesome!

i really love that it is a study in typography using super powerful words! i really like “holy shitballs,” “asshole,” and “shitfuck.” oh, -ahem- pardon my french!

amazing!  can’t wait for this to be released!

LetterMpress™ will be a virtual letterpress environment—released first on the iPad—that will allow anyone to create authentic-looking letterpress designs and prints.

The design process is the same as the letterpress process—you place and arrange type and cuts on a press bed, lock the type, ink the type, and print. You will be able to create unlimited designs, with multiple colors, using authentic vintage wood type and art cuts. And you can print your design directly from LetterMpress or save it as an image for import it into other applications.

MOST AWESOMEST THING EVER (damn you tata!)
